WHITE WINES

 

Chardonnay:

White wine fermented in new barrels made from french oak for Allier. It is left to mature during 6 months and mantains all the characteristics of all great Chardonnays.

This wine has win a "Gold Medal" in the second edition of the "International Assembly Hall of Wine" Madrid 2001.

Blanc Sa Vall:

(Riesling 100%) Fermented in stainless steel at a controlled temperature. Then later matures during 3 - 5 months in French oak barrels. A wine with a great variety of aromas and sensations.

Muscat:

Elaborated apart from Muscat of small grain (70%) and the Italian Moscatel with the Moscatel from Málaga (30%). It's a wine without a crianza.

Vinya Son Caules Blanc:

A young wine with a semi-crianza (2-4 months in French oak) elaborated from a variety, Prensal Blanc, Macabeo and Perellada. Combines the fruit and freshness with a light woody taste.

Sa Vall -Selecció Privada-:

White wine fermented in new barrels made from french oak for Allier.It is left to mature during 6 months.

Elaborated from a variety Prensal Blanc, Moscatel and Chardonnay.
