Tasting notes: Intense cherry red color with violet tones. Clean and bright shows in its tear the high content of glycerin. The nose is intense and complex, with balsamic notes. It combines ripe black fruit with spices, menthol and eucalyptus, under a light background of vanilla and new wood, without forgetting a touch of charcoal and smoked. The entry into the mouth is elegant and meaty; with structure and, at the same time, with a certain freshness and lightness that gives it a long step full of nuances. Balanced with a mature tannin that is rounded in the bottle and guarantees a long life
Food Pairing: It combines well with grilled red meats and game stews
