Residual Sugar: 105 gr / l
Fermentation: Temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.
Ageing: 12 months in 3 year old French oak barrels, followed by bottle ageing.
Tasting Notes: Wine made in the traditional Majorcan manner, mixing white and red grapes and evaporating the juice to reduce it to half. No alcohol or sugar added. Its colour is that of a good brandy. It possesses aromas of candied orange peel and toasted hazelnuts. The alcohol is not obvious on the palate, the wine is fresh and not at all cloying.
Food pairing: pairs very well with desserts, especially with puff pastries, cakes, Catalan cream and typical Easter pastries.
Serving temperature: between 6- 8 ºC
