Son Moix Negre 2017

This wine is a coupage perfectly ensambled which combines a local mallorcan grape with one of our best red grapes. All the grapes are meticulously selected from our best vineyards. Elaborated by the Oenologist Miquel Gelabert junior.

Tasting notes: Clean and bright. Very intense color with a deep violet tone. On the nose, the wine is dominated by fruit, which harmonizes with the complex, elegant notes from ageing (coffee and vanilla). On the palate, the wine displays wonderful balance with an abundance of silky and very expressive tannins, a meaty character and a very long finish playing back the fruity and spicy aromas.

Food Pairing: With game dishes, mature cheeses and all kinds of roast meats.

Serving temperature: between 18- 20 ºC
