The Mallorcan grape varieties of Manto Negro and Callet from old vines give the wine its own, distinctive character and the Tempranillo and Syrah provide the colour, alcohol, tannins and body to ensure that the wine will age well in barrel and bottle.

Tasting notes: Clean and bright, cherry red hue with ruby tints. Medium-strong aromas on the nose, with hints of red fruits against a backdrop of nice quality oak providing vanilla and toasted aromas, reminiscent of the leather and slightly balsamic. On entry to the palate, the wine is dry, delicious, it goes on to show nice balance, smoothness, good acidity, and a long aromatic finish.

Food Pairing: pairs well with all kinds of grilled meats, stews if they are not too spicy, Mallorcan cold meats and sausages are generally a good match for Mallorcan cuisine.

Serving temperature: between 16 – 18 ºC.
