Surface area: 0.34 Hectares

Soil characteristics: Non-irrigated. Loamy textured, with a basic pH (7.97) and a medium organic matter content (1.31%), making this a soil that has low sensitivity to compaction and possessing good drainage, although a little more clay would be interesting for the vineyard. The basic pH means that there are few trace elements essential for the vine, available for it to absorb, Given the levels of active lime (16.49%) and other constraints, we decided to use rootstock 161-49 and 140-Ru.

Climatological characteristics: Mediterranean climate characterized by temperate winters with moderate rainfall, hot, dry summers, and autumns and springs, which are variable both in terms of temperatures and rainfall.

Varieties: Callet and Giró Ros.

Wines produced: Vinya Son Caules Negre, Gran Vinya Son Caules, Sa Vall- Selecció Privada-, Petit Torrent and Golós Blanc.
