Surface area: 0.7120 Hectares.

Soil characteristics: Non-irrigated. Loamy textured, with a basic pH and an average organic matter content, making this a soil that has low sensitivity to compaction and possessing good drainage, You could say that the texture is ideal for a soil, although a little more clay would be interesting for the vineyard. The basic pH means that there are few trace elements essential for the vine, such as iron, manganese, boron and zinc, available for it to absorb, so it is advisable to apply these at some point by foliar application or irrigation (if carried out) during the year. Given the levels of active lime (19.5%) and other constraints, we decided to use rootstock 161-49 and 140-Ru in this parcel.

Climatological characteristics: Mediterranean climate characterized by temperate winters with moderate rainfall, hot, dry summers, and autumns and springs, which are variable both in terms of temperatures and rainfall.

Varieties: Viognier, Giró Ros, Gorgollassa, Manto Negro, Callet and Pinot Noir.

Wines produced: Sa Vall- Selecció Privada-, Autòcton, Gran Vinya Son Caules, Vinya des Moré, Vinya Son Caules Rosat, Golós Rosat, Golós Negre and Vinya Son Caules Negre.
