2 to 4 grape varieties go into its blend, depending on the vintage: the Mallorcan varieties of Callet and Manto Negro, and in some years, Tempranillo and Syrah. This is an elegant, full-bodied, very Mediterranean wine with fresh aromas.

Description

   Grape varieties: Manto Negro, Callet, Tempranillo, Syrah and Pinot Noir.   Growing system: “En vaso” bush training and espalier training.

   Vineyard location: Manacor area (Mallorca, Balearic Islands, Spain).

   Designation: D.O.P. Pla i Llevant- Mallorca.

   Type of wine: Young rosé.

   Alcohol content: 11,5- 12,5 % vol.

   Fermentation: Temperature-controlled stainless steel vats

   Ageing: No ageing in oak barrels.

   Tasting Notes: Clean and bright, soft strawberry pink hue. Aromas of wild fruit (particularly those from the Callet grape). This wine is very fresh, pleasant, well balanced on the palate.

   Food pairing: pairs well with cold meats and sausages, white meat and especially paella.

   Serving temperature: between 4- 6 ºC.
