Cabernet Sauvignon 2018


A crianza red made from Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. Aged for 12 months in oak barrels followed by bottle ageing. An elegant, smooth wine with good structure.

   Ageing: 12 months in American oak barrel, followed by bottle ageing

   Tasting Notes: Intense, bright cherry red, aromas of roasted coffee, fine toasted oak and vanilla, against a backdrop of leather and animal skin, with soft hints of very ripe fruit. On the palate, the wine pleasant, meaty, tasty, persistent and well balance

   Food pairing: pairs well with red meats and cured cheeses

   Serving temperature: between 18 – 19 ºC
