Tasting Notes: Yellow color, clean and bright. Stone fruits and honey aromas, fresh, long and full bodied. It keeps a good balance between fruit, oak and acidity.
Food pairing: pairs well with white meat, cheese, stews and seafood.
Serving temperature: between 6 – 8 ºC.
